We are offering for sale an entire development project with 78 individual lots already separated on a flat plot of land near Caňaza beach in the village of the same name on the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica. Each lot has its own plan in the Land Registry and a lot number, numero de finca, in the National Registry of Costa Rica. All lots are freehold and ready for individual resale.

 

Access to the property is from the main road number 245, which leads to Puerto Jimenez, the capital of the area with all the infrastructure, which can be reached in fifteen minutes by car. The land is located approx. 1 km from a quiet beach in the Gulf of Golfo Dulce, as you can see on the map.

 

Electricity is at the boundary of the property by the main road, as well as six existing water connections. The project is designed either as a large development project, where it will be necessary to build the appropriate infrastructure. In the case of a large project of roughly 70 houses, a official study is drawn up to obtain electricity and water connections to all plots.
